The SA CYCLONE Paint Vapour Extraction System is a unique, fully EX compliant, modular and portable extraction solution for use when carrying out painting and coating operations on site.
The SA CYCLONE Paint Vapour Extraction System is a unique, fully EX compliant, modular and portable extraction solution for use when carrying out painting and coating operations on site. The main Air Mover is EX type certified to ATEX, IECEX, UKEX and INMETRO standards for Zones 1 and 2 and all the other elements of the system are fully EX compliant including having Ignition Risk Assessments. All materials are antistatic with the facility to static bond and ground the entire system which removes the risk of any static build up. The result is a highly mobile, highly effective and completely safe system of paint vapour removal.
The system has the capability to extract up to 2500 cubic metres of contaminated air/vapours per hour. The extracted fumes are put through a 3 stage filtration process – 2 stages of particulate filtration which filters out particles down to 1 micron and below, followed by activated carbon filtration which removes the vapours. Clean, breathable air is then expelled.
The filtration unit incorporates a flow indicator which shows when the particulate filters are needing to be changed.
The system is available in 110V or 230V options and is supplied with everything you need to set up a system, including a set of filters. Additional filter bundles and individual filters are available from stock
